Are you submitting your blog to hundreds of directories at one go? Do you know that you are actually spamming them? Can be blacklisted and loose all your PR. Advise would be to submit on a consistent basis to blog directories. Yes software assisted submission would be nice but many people have mis-use it. Listen to the podcast.
